QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS: Four years of progressive experience as a Data Architect and Data Analyst. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Must have extensive knowledge building and maintaining repositories to include data warehouses, data marts and data cube solutions. Must have experience designing and developing solutions from data sources for Finance and Accounting, retail, Human Resources and Morale Welfare & Recreational Programs. High level proficiency and experience as an Oracle Relational Database Management System (RDBMS), Oracle Warehouse Builder, PL/SQL, ETL and OLAP is required. Experience with Cognos Framework Manager is a plus. Hands on proficiency with UNIX and Linux preferred. Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
As an authorized and privileged user of Department of Defense Information Systems must possess or receive Information Assurance awareness by completing the Security+ Certification as a condition of access within six months of employment, and thereafter must complete annual Information Assurance awareness training.
